'[OT] The BabelFish is dead, long live the BabelFis'

Tried to access Alta-Vista's BabelFish translator without success.
http://www.babelfish.alta-vista.com
May be a temporary death?
May come back.
Tried Google's equivalent.
http://www.google.com/translate_t
Suspiciously similar interface BUT doesn't do traditional Chinese :-(
Otherwise seems good, and has better ability to copy from output
window.
I run two copies and translate to and fro until the result seems
approximately correct.
Google allows Ctrl-A highlighting of output text for back pasting
while BabelFish doesn't.

All accesses failed.
The problem was, and still is, a DNS error or functional equivalent in
my ISP.
I've added a DNS entry to another provider and all is now well for me.
Not so good for most of their other customers.
Was a good opportunity to compare Google and Alta Vista translators.
Lack of traditional Chinese by Google is a grave omission.
The business emails I get with Chinese therein all use traditional
rather than simplified Chinese.
