Sure I'm serious.

I'm waiting on the quote to come back.  Getting the number of shirts
desired is part of the thing I'm looking at before giving a price.  I'm
going to be in for $300 or so just for the imprints I believe.  I need to
know how to amortize that.

Good idea.  I hope to borrow a friend's digital camera tomorrow.

I'll pay you a minimum of $30 for a shirt. If it's
too much, take the rest as fees. For your troubles.

I have requests for 40 shirts total, from two lists.

Too expensive still - we're looking at $13.00 just to break even.

I've been so busy getting ready for the National Championships
(http://www.99nats.com) that I haven't been able to do anything else.  Besides
work 80 hours a week, I mean.

I can do the transferring pretty quickly (I can do all the shirts in an
afternoon), but not enough the end of September.

If it is just cost-to-the-customer you're worried about and not
profit-to-the-designer then I suggest you place the design (in several file
formats) on your home page and tell everyone where to find it.

Everyone with an ink jet printer can buy their own iron-on T-shirt printing
stuff locally and (using an inverted image) create the T-shirt themselves. I
know it's a little expensive, but it will work *NOW*. This allows *EACH*
'customer' to decide if it costs too much.

Bye.

Good idea.  The size is limited a bit, but the idea is good.

The other part of this is that all the shirts would be of a uniform color
(bright yellow) and that the transfer would be of a professional quality,
not the "made at home" look that ink-jet gives.

I'm busy the next 3 weeks, _after_ that would somebody please remind me to
post the artwork?  Send it 1 October or later, please.
