I plan on usering both the timer1 and portB interrupt on change in a 16C65 and I ado not see the info that tells me how to handle multiple interrupts, could someone point me the right .pdf file and section?

There is only one interrupt; you have to test inside the interrupt routine what bits are set to determine the interrupt source, and branch to appropriate code.
